As a Host at Lillian's Petite Market & Eatery, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while providing warm hospitality that embodies our community spirit.

Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
Work closely with the servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Key Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
