Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests and provide a positive experience
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services
