Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and assist with reservation bookings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Assist in guest relations by providing information about the restaurant's offerings and amenities Support other front-of-house duties as needed to enhance overall guest experience
