Job Description

NeighborWorks Great Falls is seeking a motivated Homebuyer Education & Marketing Specialist to support individuals and families as they work toward homeownership. This position plays a key role in organizing education programs, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring a positive experience for every participant.

Key Responsibilities



Homebuyer Education



Organize, promote, and facilitate monthly homebuyer education classes across multiple counties Assist participants with registration and provide ongoing support throughout their journey Enter client information, track progress, and complete required follow-up documentation Coordinate the Annual Homebuyer Fair and collaborate with Preferred Partners

Post-Purchase Education



Develop and schedule homeowner-focused classes Work with community experts to secure relevant speakers and engaging content Track attendance, gather feedback, and help improve program quality Support marketing strategies for education programs

Online Education Support



Provide backup assistance for online course registrations and participant questions Monitor participant progress and ensure smooth transition to counseling

Additional Duties



Participate in community events, tradeshows, and outreach opportunities Assist with team projects and organizational initiatives as needed Occasional travel for training; evening and weekend hours may be required

Qualifications



BA/BS in business, education, or related field OR 2+ years relevant experience Experience facilitating groups, teaching, or presenting Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and in a small team environment Proficiency with computers, data entry, and online platforms CRM or client management experience preferred; mPact Pro helpful Experience in event planning, marketing, or community outreach Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

Training & Growth



NeighborWorks Great Falls supports ongoing professional development. Required certifications and courses (including HUD Housing Counselor Certification) will be fully supported and completed within set timeframes.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
