Nayar Healthcare is expanding! We're looking for a results-driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to develop and grow a brand-new territory. If you have a proven background in outside sales -- especially in healthcare -- and are ready to take on a growth-focused role, we want to hear from you.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary: $60,000-$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Monthly bonus opportunities - Top performers are earning $120,000+ annually Mileage reimbursement and travel support (if applicable) Ongoing professional development and career growth potential

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of outside B2B sales experience required Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or home health preferred Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills are a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Nayar Healthcare's skilled home health services to referral sources in the medical community Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and rehab facilities Identify target markets and develop strategies to secure patient referrals Set and achieve sales goals, track performance, and report progress to leadership Act as a key resource for clients, providing information and support as needed
