Role Summary




We are hiring a part-time Operations Coordinator who can help run daily home care operations using AxisCare. You will manage scheduling, EVV follow-up, caregiver hiring and onboarding, billing support, payroll management and family communication. This is a remote work.


Responsibilities

Build and manage schedules in AxisCare (coverage, call-outs, confirmations, continuity) Monitor EVV and resolve exceptions daily Support billing workflows: review time entries, help generate invoices, track add-ons and mileage, follow up on past due balances Coordinate caregiver onboarding admin: collect documents, references, background checks, file management Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers by phone, email, and text with professionalism and calm Maintain organized client and caregiver records and keep documentation audit-ready Support training coordination and track completion

AxisCare experience (scheduling, EVV, billing, notes, reports) Home care billing support experience (private pay is a plus) Experience with caregiver hiring and onboarding paperwork and compliance tracking Quickbooks Online experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time (24 Hours/week)

Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration within healthcare or medical office environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--and professional phone etiquette Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of human resources processes, payroll management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and vendor relations Experience with event planning and training & development initiatives Familiarity with home care opearation management procedures is highly desirable Office experience combined with clerical or administrative background is preferred
