Requirements:

Community Liaison serves as the primary bridge between residents, their families, and the

broader community. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships, supporting

residents and families throughout their care journey, and representing the community in a

warm, approachable, and professional manner. Liaison ensures open communication,

provides guidance during transitions, and promotes community engagement to enhance

overall resident and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

? Act as the main point of contact for residents and families, addressing concerns,

questions, and requests with empathy and efficiency.

? Support families through the admission, orientation, and adjustment process.

? Coordinate with care teams to ensure residents' needs and preferences are

communicated and honored.

? Facilitate family meetings and care conferences to promote transparency and

collaboration.

? Provide education and resources to families about services, policies, and available

support.

? Plan and encourage family and community involvement in programs, events, and

activities.

? Represent the organization in the community to build partnerships, referral sources,

and goodwill.

? Assist in promoting a welcoming, inclusive environment that values resident dignity

and family involvement.

? Track and follow up on family satisfaction and feedback, escalating issues when

necessary.

? Collaborate with leadership on initiatives that enhance resident and family

experiences.

Qualifications

:

? Background in senior living, healthcare, social work, or customer relations preferred.

? Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

? Compassionate and approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
