General Job Brief The Hispanic Student Coordinator plays a key role in the recruitment and retention of Hispanic and first-generation college students. The Coordinator serves as a liaison to prospective students, families, secondary schools, churches, and other community partners. The Coordinator will collaborate with various ACU departments, including admissions, student life, and academic success to recruit students to the university and help them to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually upon arrival. This role will be responsible for regular communication with Spanish-speaking families to encourage their participation at orientation and other university events. The Hispanic Student Coordinator must display a commitment to the unique Christian mission and vision of ACU to Transform Culture with Truth through person-to-person mentorship and discipleship.
