Job Purpose: The purpose of the Customer Care Coordinator is to offer exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, social media, or text to customers who have questions, concerns or complaints that relate to our company\xe2\x80\x99s services. It is the responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator to be the voice of the brand and build a strong relationship with our existing accounts and customers as well as potential prospective clients. It is also the position of the coordinator to generate new business, hit sales quotas, manage existing clients, and onboard new ones. Responsibilities & Duties include: Support company directives to promote the brand through impeccable service, sales, and support while possessing a positive attitude. Develop strong customer relationships through proper responses to customers via phone, e-mail, text, social media, chat, and additional company communications outlets. Qualify potential prospects before setting initial consultations. Set consultation appointments for sales team. Manage the resolution process for any customer related issues. Calmly attempt to resolve any issues before escalating the issue up the company chain. Ensure management is aware of escalated account issues until the process is resolved. Help identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction & communicate these to our team. Maintain proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems and other common office equipment and software. Notating all communications or interactions with clients or prospects in our CRM. Follow company Employee Handbook policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude always with customers, co-workers, and management staff. Help with order entry for the team. Assist the team with other duties when necessary. Position Requirements: Work hard to meet and exceed quotas set by manager for sales and bonus and assist the team. Complete cases within 24 hours of assignment. Document and log every call in the company CRM. Assist on sales or reorders as needed when in your scope of training. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Learn company software & systems through training and practice. Learn products and services in and outside of work to bring knowledge up to company standards. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate an ability to problem solve and effectively manage time. Must be self-motivated and have a proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal. Motivated by career growth, bonuses, and additional company incentives. Must have reliable transportation. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years sales, tele-sales, B2B experience. Medical background is a bonus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Must be able to work weekends periodically throughout the year when necessary. Career oriented with a positive energetic attitude. Must be comfortable using multiple computers, phone, email. Physical requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move around the office floor periodically throughout the day. Must be well kept, groomed, and have good hygiene. Must be able to be around calm & friendly office dogs. Compensation: Based on experience. Base pay + Commission + Personal Bonuses + Team Bonus + Yearly Bonus Pay in accordance with company pay policies. Annual performance and salary evaluation.
