We have an urgent need for Infusion Nurse / Registered Nurse in Beaufort and Savannah area with open availability. This is an ideal role for nurses who want flexibility, autonomy, and the reward of making a difference in patients' daily lives all while providing high-quality skilled nursing care in home settings.

Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan of care Perform infusion, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education Collaborate with the care team, physicians, family members and other members of the patient care team to implement and follow a patient specific care and treatment plan Assess, monitor, document and report progress of patient's health and condition using required documents such as clinical progress notes using a clinician preferred technology and within established timelines Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse / RN specific to that state the employee is assigned to work. At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and time management skills

Job Type:
