Head Girls Lacrosse Coach

Allentown Central Catholic High School (ACCHS) is a faith-based educational institution

student. We are proud of our strong tradition of athletic success and are seeking a dynamic,

experienced, and motivated Head Girls Lacrosse Coach to lead our varsity program.

Position Summary:

The Head Girls Lacrosse Coach will oversee all aspects of the high school girl's lacrosse

program, including player development, game strategy, practice planning, and fostering a

positive team culture that aligns with the values of ACCHS.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching strategy for the girls lacrosse

program.

? Organize and lead practices, conditioning sessions, and team meetings.

? Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture.

? Instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.

? Supervise assistant coaches and collaborate with the athletic department.

? Ensure the academic and personal development of student-athletes.

? Maintain compliance with PIAA and school athletic policies.

? Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school staff, and administration.

Qualifications:

? Prior coaching experience in lacrosse (high school or higher level preferred).

? Strong knowledge of the game, rules, and current coaching techniques.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? Commitment to the mission and values of Allentown Central Catholic High School.

? Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor to student-athletes.

? Must pass required background checks and clearances as per PA state guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience coaching at the varsity or collegiate level.

? CPR/First Aid Certification.

? PIAA coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain).

PA Criminal History Check (no more than a yr. old)

PA Child Abuse Clearance (no more than a yr. old)

Fingerprint Registration ID (no more than a yr. old)

Minimum of Two Letters of Reference

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per year
