Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Hibachi & Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. This role combines the craft of sushi preparation with the energy and speed of hibachi-style cooking. Ideal candidates are efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering fresh, flavorful meals in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook hibachi, and made-to-order sushi rolls. Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation in a high-volume setting. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Support kitchen prep, restocking, and coordination with the front counter team. Keep workstations organized, clean, and fully stocked during service. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and ensure smooth guest service flow.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in hibachi, teppanyaki, or sushi preparation. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and cleanly in an open kitchen. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Food Safety Certification preferred.
