We are expanding our Helpdesk Team in our Ft. Worth office and are looking for a driven,
reliable, and approachable Helpdesk Technician to join our IT department.
What You'll Do
As a Helpdesk Technician, you'll provide technical support across a wide range of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. You'll work closely with employees across all departments and offices, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
IT Hardware Procurement
Manage employee laptop orders (Dell Premier, CDW - US/UK/AU)
Procure peripherals (Amazon) such as headsets and other equipment
Source various IT hardware for projects and daily operations
IT Helpdesk Administration
Administer and resolve IT helpdesk tickets
Support employee onboarding and offboarding (accounts, hardware, permissions)
Manage user access requests, IAM administration, and application support
Server & Systems Administration
Maintain on-premises Windows Servers, Hyper-V, and Veeam Backup & Replication
Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Entra ID
Manage AWS and Azure cloud environments, including networking and server administration
Network Administration
Support SonicWall firewalls, Ubiquiti enterprise switches, and wireless LAN controllers
Maintain office and guest networks, including RADIUS authentication
Manage site-to-site VPNs to other offices and private cloud environments
Configure and troubleshoot client VPNs
Google Workspace Administration
Manage email accounts and group permissions
Administer Google Drive and Shared Drive access
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain IT documentation in Confluence and Wiki.js
Automation & Scripting (Preferred Skills)
Create automation scripts with PowerShell or Python
Utilize loops and "for each" statements to streamline tasks

Qualifications
Experience in IT helpdesk, systems, or network administration roles (preferred 1-3 years)
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of networking concepts (firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless LAN)
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python is a plus
This will be an in office Mon - Fri position. The hours expected will be from 8AM - 5PM CST.
Some on-call after hours availability will be required as needed.
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%). Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Hybrid Environment.
