We are looking for a customer support driven and technically skilled individual. In this entry level position, you will learn to provide the initial first-tier technical support. SourceLink Help Desk fully supports two proprietary online ordering systems and partially supports 3rd party systems for our Food Service customers. Work under close supervision to implement pre-established methods to maintain a functional and productive work environment.
We utilize a detailed ticketing system, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. This is a fast-paced environment, so being able to type quickly and use hot keys are essential.
