Rising Health Specialty Clinic is looking to bring in all financial/accounting in house, we are looking for someone to be part of the leadership team and help set the financial processes of the business allowing the company to scale and grow into the future. Rising\xe2\x80\x99s Mission Statement is to serve as many people who need us as possible. Therefore, we are seeking growth by adding more clinics into our community. This requires a cohesive team of expertise. We\'re looking for a responsible individual to work in our office as our Administrator and Financial Controller, monitoring the work of the administrative team and reporting to the CEO. The right candidate will have a background in office administration and enjoy organization. The Financial Controller will report to top management and will be responsible for ensuring that all financial reports are reviewed, accurate and complete. Reports run from daily to weekly to monthly, timely and accuracy is a must with appropriate deciphering of the reporting. This will necessitate the understanding of the business flow. The flow requires expertise in policies and procedures to monitor the gaps in financial control. Accounting & Administrative responsibilities include: Lead Teams in financial responsibilities from front desk, to scheduling audits, ordering and inventory. Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting operational functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash disbursements, cost accounting, and more. Internal control of accounts payable. Oversee payroll budgets Maintain company general ledger and statements in accordance with GAAP, able to expertly utilize quickbooks and other software utilized to create reports. Complete month-end accounting on time and ensure accurate reporting Prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, participate in the annual/quarterly budget process, monitor the budget on a weekly basis. Able to work with staff to get data. Manage relationships with vendors for banking, insurance, financing, tax, etc. Audit budgets to price check market costs, change policies if needed. Develop and document business processes as reported in statistics and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Additional Administrative and Controller duties as necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,994.00 per year Benefits:
