First Call is the place to be! Responsibilities: As a Health Information Coordinator with First Call Home Health, you will assist with the following:
  • Data Entry and Communication Coordination
  • Medical Records Request
  • Efax
  • Inbound/ Outbound calls
  • Hospitalizations
  • Assist Clinical and Office Staff as needed
Other Duties & Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned in response to patient, office, or facility needs as requested by management team. Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment while giving attention to detail in all daily job duties.
  • 1 year of prior experience in a Home Health or Medical Setting preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
