The Role

As our founding

Head of Product

, you'll lead the charge in shaping the future of investment technology by building AI-native products that transform the way private equity, private credit, and commercial banking professionals operate.


You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, and Engineering and AI leads to deeply understand customer pain points, push the boundaries of what's possible with AI, and deliver products that are both innovative and indispensable. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of

finance, AI technology, and product design

What You'll Do

Lead Product Strategy

+ Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with F2's mission to transform private markets.
+ Pressure-test assumptions on how AI is reshaping software and maintain a sharp perspective on the future of product development in a post-AI world.

Customer-Centric Product Development

+ Partner closely with private equity, private credit, and commercial banking professionals to uncover pain points and opportunities.
+ Translate complex, unstructured investment workflows into intuitive, AI-native products.
+ Build the tools you wish you had as a former finance operator--high-rigor, high-speed, modern applications for deal teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership

+ Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI research to deliver products that balance innovation with feasibility.
+ Act as the connective tissue across technical and business teams, ensuring the "what" and the "why" are always clear.

Innovation & Reinvention

+ Reimagine workflows untouched for decades, challenging conventional product models with new approaches powered by AI.
+ Stay close to emerging technologies, ensuring F2 stays ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Execution & Delivery

+ Drive clarity, prioritization, and excellence in execution across product initiatives.
+ Own end-to-end product lifecycles--from discovery and design to launch and adoption.
