This position is affiliated with our West Coast location and reports directly to Lingo\xe2\x80\x99s Divisional Vice President.
As the Head of Customer Experience and Brand Strategy, you will be responsible for evolving Lingo\xe2\x80\x99s overall value proposition. You will ensure that Lingo continually meets the needs of the market and delivers on its promise to help people retrain their metabolism and achieve their goals. You will define and manage Lingo\xe2\x80\x99s positioning and make the brand a household name globally. In addition, you will partner closely with the Head of Product to help develop a compelling and differentiated product offering.
This role is critical to the success and growth of Lingo. Its scope is much broader than a typical marketing leadership role as it includes shaping what Lingo is and how it impacts people\xe2\x80\x99s lives.
You will oversee brand strategy, marketing and social campaigns, product launches, and the customer service team covering both pre-sale and post-sale touchpoints. In support of these functions, you will also manage the in-house creative studio and customer and market insights. You will work closely with the leaders of the Product and Tech teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and all brand elements are transferred to their teams and deliverables.
