Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Baker to join our team for out outlet as well as the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other products to specification.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and business demands.
Qualifications:
Previous professional baking experience strongly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to follow precise recipes and instructions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification a plus.
