Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Enumclaw, WA. As a Haul Truck Driver, you are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregate materials around our quarry/pit in location.

What You\'ll Get to Do:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures and rules/laws specified by site, city, state, federal
• Operate the haul truck to transport rock products to the plant and stockpiles as directed
• Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down time
• Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (ie. Water Truck, Loader)
• Work in all areas of the plant as needed
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment

Essential Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in year-round weather conditions, extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Must have the physical ability to: climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift (up to 75 lbs.), sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain
• Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 2 years prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience
• Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products

Conditions of Employment:

Work Environment:

• Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
