We are looking for a craftsman who is ready to prove they're the best!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, water features, and other hardscape features. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Operate and maintain hardscape tools and equipment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Train and mentor crew members. Maintain a safe and organized job site.Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hardscape experience (retaining walls, pavers, etc.) 1 year of leadership or foreman experience preferred. Proficiency in operating equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws. Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Can operate a truck and trailer. * Bi-lingual a plus.
