We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Cleaner to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of building drainage systems by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining gutters and downspouts. Your proactive approach will help prevent water damage, preserve property integrity, and contribute to the overall safety and appearance of our clients' properties. Duties
Safely access rooftops and elevated areas using appropriate equipment such as ladders to reach gutters.
Remove debris, leaves, dirt, and obstructions from gutters and downspouts to ensure free flow of water.
Inspect gutters for damage, leaks, or blockages, reporting issues promptly for repairs.
Use cleaning tools such as scoops, hoses, or blowers to clear out accumulated debris efficiently.
Maintain safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Document completed work and any issues identified during inspections for record-keeping purposes.
Skills
Must have a valid drivers liscence
Preffered experience with construction/ hard labor work
preffered basic understanding of hand held tools
reliable transportation to work
cannot be scared of heights

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
