Overview

Gutter Builders is looking for a reliable, hard-working Gutter Installers to join our team. If you're comfortable with heights, know your way around basic hand tools, and want consistent work with a solid crew, we'd love to talk!

What We're Looking for

Valid driver's license Basic hand tool experience Good work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to meet at shop Experience preferred, but motivated beginners will be considered

Responsibilities

Measure and mark areas for gutter installation using blueprints and schematics Install gutters, downspouts, and related components according to project specifications Ensure proper alignment, slope, and secure fastening of gutter systems Cut and shape materials using hand tools and power tools to fit designated areas Comfortability on ladders and roofs Remove old or damaged gutter systems as needed before installation Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Experience with roofing, trim carpentry, or general construction preferred Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and protocols Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in construction or related fields who are looking to specialize in gutter installation while expanding their overall skills in the building trades.

Salary is dependent upon experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
