The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Guest Services Attendants to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri . As a Guest Services Attendant, you will play an important role in the game day experience for fans and guests.

• Provide introductory information to customers for self-serve and kiosk locations.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the product and service.
• Troubleshoot common issues with the self-serve checkout stands.
• Answer guest questions regarding service and provide general guest assistance.
• Issue refunds as needed.
• Check IDs for alcohol compliance.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Assist as needed with general cleaning and re-stocking
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season.
• May be required to work in confined or narrow spaces.
