We\'re now taking applications for a Guest Service Representative to join our team.
Guest Service Representative - Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Accompany guests to correct department and team member
- Creates a unique and personalized experience for each customer
- Accountability for satisfying all customers you meet, by going above and beyond
- Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
- Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed
- Maintain office supplies for specific location
- Manage the overall appearance of the showroom
Guest Service Representative - Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Maintain professional appearance
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driving record
- willingness to complete background check
