Position Overview
This posting is for Weekends with up to 16hrs work weeks, more hours may be available during peak seasons. Guest Service Agents are responsible for the front desk operation during the day and/or afternoon to nights. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports and balancing transactions. Guest Service Agents must be able to work independently and with minimal or no supervision. Handle phone calls and great with communication. They must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations. Key Areas of Responsibility and Duties
