Guest Relations Crew

#TeamEagan is hiring Guest Relations Crewmembers for Cascade Bay Waterpark!

Summer, 2023

Pay: $13.390 - $14.935 per hour DOQ

Seasonal, Part-Time, Not Benefit Eligible

Spend your summer at the region\'s largest outdoor municipal waterpark providing exceptional customer service to park visitors and helping build a welcoming, fun environment for guests and staff. Flexible hours (20-30 hours per week). Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job!

*all applicants must be 15 years of age by pre-season training

Essential Position Functions

In this job you will:

• Provide high quality customer service and create a positive experience for guests and team members
• Operate Point of Sale system, cash register and other concessions equipment
• Assist guests by answering questions regarding Cascade Bay programs, events, and promotions
• Prepare and serve food for Captain\'s Galley
• Accept admission tickets and verify season pass holder identification
• Help with facility upkeep through general cleaning, trash removal, and restocking inventory
• Prioritize guest and staff safety by maintaining proper safety standards and facility rules
• Attend required pre-season training workshops and departmental and staff in-service meetings
• Work special events
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Job seekers should be age 15 or older
• Completed 9th grade or equivalent

Desired Qualifications

While no experience is needed for this job, you may be a great fit it you have:

• One or more years of work or volunteer experience working with the public or children. Examples could include babysitting, caring for a sibling, volunteer, youth sports coach, lawn service work, etc.
• Participated in activities, sports, clubs, or other groups
• CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Availability to work a variety of hours throughout the summer months
• Previous experience with point-of-sale system, concessions, and/or food preparation
