Director of PR/Media Relations Semiconductor (FTE) (Bay Area, CA) We are looking for a Director of PR/Media Relations for a global Semiconductor company. This role will lead all aspects of the client\'s PR and Media programs working with journalists and influencers. This individual contributor role will work closely with executives and subject matter experts to deliver a consistent brand message and tell the client\'s story globally. The role will also involve metrics analysis and impact. This is an FTE role with our client. Will require 2-3 days onsite at the client\'s office in Santa Clara, CA. Compensation includes a full benefits package. Responsibilities:

• Business and Industry analysts\' relationship management: Work closely with the business press, trade, and other press types through information-sharing strategies, such as media outreach, press releases, bylined articles, LinkedIn Live, video assets, and more. Brand strategy and management develop the brand vision and implement positioning, expression, training, and engagement programs to drive inspiration, understanding, and compliance. Inspire every employee in their responsibilities as brand ambassadors. Craft compelling narratives and communications strategies that tell the client\'s innovation story. Shape the reputation of C-suite executives via placement and preparation for external opportunities outside of the press (thought leadership, expert panels, keynotes, earned/sponsored speaking events). Support and engage customers and influencers as advocates for the client\'s story build advocacy globally for the client\'s product leadership. Drive data and metrics to deliver insights, and improve communications impact, brand awareness, and growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering outstanding PR and Media results.

Experience in a semiconductor company is required. Proven experience working with media, bloggers, and industry influencers, especially in a technology segment. Must have a network of Journalists and Influencers. A proven track record of advancing groundbreaking communication narratives through thought leadership, and long-form content. Compensation: $154,000 to $225,000
