Position Overview
As a
Group Sales Account Executive
, you'll be responsible for generating new group sales revenue and providing memorable experiences for our fans. You'll take ownership of the entire sales process--from prospecting and closing deals to coordinating unforgettable game-day events for businesses, schools, nonprofits, youth teams, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new revenue through cold calls, prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings
Maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face interactions
Schedule and conduct presentations with key decision-makers
Create and execute engaging theme nights and fan experience packages
Deliver outstanding customer service on game days--from arrival to puck drop
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, securing renewals and upsells
Collaborate with teammates to share ideas, celebrate wins, and raise the bar
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For
A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit
Passion for sales, relationship-building, and customer service
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
A positive attitude with the ability to handle challenges and rejection
Coachability, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement
CRM experience (preferred) or a willingness to learn quickly
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for game days and events
