Job Description

The Group Sales Account Executive's main responsibility is to produce group ticket revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with businesses and the community in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Meet all sales goals as assigned. Meet customer contact metrics as assigned Set appointments over the phone with decision makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments, either at the stadium or at the client site. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey from beginning of sale to event date. Maintain all customer, data, agreements and fulfilment utilizing Salesforce CRM Set appointments over the phone with decision makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments, either at the stadium or at the client site. Execute sales campaigns and training set by leadership.
Educate prospects on groups benefits and ticket usage best practices. Provide outstanding customer service to all ticket accounts and fans. Maintain a detailed database of our members and document all touch points in CRM. Return all phone calls/e-mails within 24 business hours. Perform game-day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and creating new business opportunities. Develop relationships and partnerships with local civic and corporate contacts. Maintain or exceed daily/weekly hustle metrics as assigned by leadership. Follow the contact management guidelines. Participate and contribute to weekly sales and service department huddles and training sessions. Attending off-site events to generate sales leads. Other duties may be assigned.

Game Day Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists with sales tables and manage fan experiences Providing customer service to clients, members and fans Prolonged standing, walking, and extended work hours.

Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend most community events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:

Formal Education: Bachelor's

degree from a four-year college or university, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

Relevant Work Experience

: A minimum of (1) one years of sports sales experience and/or relevant experience required Sports experience preferred

Work Location & Hours

: Work is performed in the community, office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Prolonged periods of standing and walking Hearing, seeing, reading, writing, concentration, comprehension, and talking with clear speech. Planning, organizing, interpreting data, making decisions, problem-solving, and composure under deadlines/stress. Indicates essential functions of job
