Work Center FTE: Full Time, 40 hours a week SCHEDULE: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 12p-8p WAGE: 23.00/hr plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year. SUPERVISOR: Client Services Director POSITION CLOSES: Open until filled JOB DESCRIPTION: The Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Group Home. The Group Home Supervisor oversees all staff on their team. This includes hiring, orienting, performance reviews, & any disciplinary action necessary. The supervisor assures client health and safety needs are met. The Intensive Work Services staff is responsible for providing skills training in both the Work Center & community employment. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a supervisory position preferred and 2 years working with people with disabilities preferred, not required. The individual must have the ability to communicate clearly and have thorough knowledge of behavior management techniques. Additional education in the area of human services is preferred.
