Join our dedicated team as a Group Home Manager, where you will lead and oversee the daily operations of a community-based residential facility designed to support individuals with diverse needs. As a vital leader, you will coordinate staff, manage care plans, and promote independence for residents while maintaining efficient facility operations.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations. Taking individuals to appointments when needed. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or memory care. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare standards. Manage operational aspects of the group home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff. Provide leadership in supervising staff performance, conducting training sessions on assisted living practices, and fostering a positive team culture. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and community agencies to support residents' well-being and transition planning. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements related to long-term care, assisted living, nursing home standards, and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in senior care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, retirement homes, or group homes. Strong background in managing operations within long-term care environments with supervisory experience. Knowledge of dementia care techniques, Alzheimer's care protocols, Developmental Delays, psych diagnosis, and memory care strategies. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to residents' individual needs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams. Competence in budgeting, financial management, and resource planning within a healthcare or home & community care setting. Experience in medication administration and adherence to safety standards is essential. Background working with people with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory or dementia care is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
