Group Home Manager

Residential Mental Health / Disability Services

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential home for individuals needing support with daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and regulatory standards Oversee resident care and support, including daily living skills and coordination of medical needs Develop and implement programs and activities that promote residents' social, emotional, and physical well-being Maintain accurate staff, resident, and financial records Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and outside agencies

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

and

1+ year of management experience in healthcare

OR

5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting

Skills:

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Compassionate, person-centered approach Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or special needs

Pay:

Negotiated based on degree and/or experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
