Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper & Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, edging lawns, and trash disposal. Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of plants and lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Conduct routine inspections of grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Assist in planting, pruning, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outdoor areas. Implement pest control measures as needed to protect plant health. Drywall, electrical, and recoat touch-ups in the common areas. Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects.

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture is preferred. Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care practices is essential. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in general maintenance tasks will be beneficial. Pay: $22.00 - $25.25 per hour
