Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance worker to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our golf course. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and horticulture, with hands-on experience in lawn care and maintenance. You will work outdoors, ensuring that the course is in top condition for our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on the golf course, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in landscape maintenance, including planting, fertilizing, and pest control. Conduct regular inspections of the course to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture is preferred but not required. Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care techniques is highly beneficial. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to gardening and landscaping tasks. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role. Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
