Cintas is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Design Collective division in our Creative Services department. The candidate will lead the modification and retouching of customer logos that are applied to garments for the enhancement of our ecommerce site. This individual will possess excellent Photoshop skills, be able to manage work from start to finish and work with cross functional teams to support eCommerce efforts. Strong organization and project management skills with attention to detail, and communication skills will be required. Additional responsibilities include: designing and managing marketing projects such as web banners, sell sheets, look books, presentations, e-blasts, etc. for Design Collective and its customers.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years\' marketing and project management experience
• Experience with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience working with agencies and freelancers
• Experience in customer and vendor negotiations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Mac environment experience and working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and marketing managers
• Ability to travel
• Associate\'s Degree; BA, Fine Arts, Design or Marketing Degree
