Job Description

We have 2 sister companies, Red's Team Sports & BHive Awards, Apparel & More. We are seeking a motivated individual to create art layouts for our production team.

We have multiple in house processes that are all similar from a core skillset but have minor difference for file output.

This is an mid-level position that is full-time, Monday-Friday.

With some Saturdays/overtime based on business needs.

We primarily use CorelDraw but experience/knowledge of raster/vector artwork, Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, or other graphic design programs will be helpful.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to internal customers over email for artwork & layout proofs

Manage Artwork Queue for jobs and keep track of deadlines and delivery dates
Prepare and setup artwork for laser engraving jobs using CorelDraw/Adobe Illustrator
Create custom artwork and vectorize artwork for customers
Prepare digital proofs for customers using CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very high attention to detail and commitment to producing excellent quality work
Excellent email follow up skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Intermediate knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Pay and Benefits
Base starting pay is based on qualifications and experience
