Job Description

QUALIFICAITONS/EXPERIENCE:



Accounting experience and/or coursework preferred Familiarity with local, state and federal grants preferred Working knowledge of IDEA (Special Education) grants preferred Computer experience , including Microsoft Word and Excel Strong analytical skills Ability to communicate well verbally Team player, cooperative, self-starter Demonstrated punctuality and good attendance High School diploma (Associate's Degree preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Enters and manages budgets for local, state and federal grants Reconciles grants accounts on monthly basis Prepares and submits reimbursement requests to funding agencies Prepares and submits periodic reports to funding agencies Assists with other Business Office accounting and reporting duties
