- Operate equipment to move grain to storage bins.
- Operate and maintain buildings and equipment.
- Monitor grain flow activity to ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Operate vehicles to transport grain from the elevator to market via railcar or truck.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with agronomy operations when required, duties include dry fertilizer plant operations, NH3 loading, seed and chemical handling.
- Due to the nature of our business this job is not limited to 8-5 Monday-Friday, must be willing and able to work after regular work hours, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- History of working safely and a reputation for promoting and getting involved in safety improvement efforts.

- Physical requirements of the job require ability to climb stairs, periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights; bending, kneeling and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, including DMG\'s fit for duty test.
