Summary of Job Duties: The Graduate Assistant will provide the Razorback Ticket Center with assistance in Ticket Operations and Sales. The assistance will be provided during office hours and athletic events. The Athletic events include events held on weeknights, weekends, and over the University of Arkansas designated breaks. The Graduate Assistant must be able to work all home football games and other games as needed. The Graduate Assistant will run select events as the primary ticket manager. The Graduate Assistant will establish ticket sales business by way of outbound phone calls and e-mails. This position will interact and work together with Account Executives, the Razorback Foundation and Razorback Ticket Center Staff on all Razorback Ticket Center Operations and Sales. The Graduate Assistant will process orders and setup events through the Paciolan ticketing system for Season, Group and Partial Plan Tickets for all home ticketed sporting events, and secure donations for various seat allocations and donor levels.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Earned Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Enrollment and/or acceptance in a University of Arkansas graduate program for Fall 2023

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Cash handling experience

Basic computer skills

Experience in a College Athletics Department as a Student Staff Member or Student-Athlete
