ROBINSON INNOVATIONS IS HIRING FOR A_ GPR (Maintenance Tech) LEVEL 1,_ IN A MAJOR MANUFACTURING PLANT LOCATED IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA. JOB LOCATED IN A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA. Must have reliable daily transportation to work\xe2\x80\x94No excuses for transportation issues. Working on the Curing Presses. We are looking for amazing and motivated employees to join our team!. Requirements:
Must have face mask while on for all Plant Campus; including the interview. Ability to commute/relocate:
- Innovative problem solver with the ability to diagnose and perform a repair on fatigue metal and pipes as needed.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Must have strong mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in upkeep and repair of various equipment and motors; must be mechanically inclined.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Plumbing experience required.
- Bonus if the candidate has some welding experience.
- Ability to work in a team and in independent environments.
- Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and pass a Drug Screen.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Including some weekends.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the Lawton Plant. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.)
- Standing/walking on concrete all day.
- Set high goals and accept responsibility. Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
- Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Read and understand English.
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a FAST-Paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Frequently!
- GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST in order to meet production needs.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. (Must have Steel Toe shoes and face mask by the first day.)
