This position has different duties depending on the season. From April-November, performs duties related to the care and maintenance of turf and other vegetation at the practice golf courses on the Dartmouth campus in Hanover, NH. From December-March performs lift operations and other functions related to the daily operation of the Dartmouth Skiway in Lyme Center, NH.

High School or equivalency
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Six months of relevant golf course maintenance
Ability to operate, maintain and service ski lifts and equipment relating to daily operations
Ability and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Able to perform physical labor in all kinds of weather including extreme winter conditions
Knowledge and experience with seeding, sodding, pruning and irrigation methods
Ability to follow instructions orally and in writing and to work cooperatively as part of a team
New Hampshire pesticide/insecticide applicator's certification required
Ability to work at heights up to fifty (50) feet high
Must successfully complete the following training prior to performing work to which training is related: Driver safety, Hazard Communication, Completed qualified climber course, Lockout/Tagout
