The Golf Attendant often provides the first point-of-contact for golf guests and always creates an excellent first impression through their stellar customer service skills and their knowledge of the game. They are responsible for assisting golfers with their clubs and golf carts, as well as providing guests with golf-related directions, events, and great conversation. YOU love the game of Golf! You are the heart of the Golf operation; we couldn\xe2\x80\x99t do it without you. You enjoy being part of a team, staying on your toes, and jumping in wherever needed. You enjoy working outdoors and with a variety of people.

  Anticipate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

• 
  
  Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
• 
  Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, unload clubs, and place in the bag drop area or on the cart.
• 
  Responsible for cart cleanliness, cart supplies, cart condition, and fueling. As well as the rotation of golf carts to ensure uniform usage amongst the fleet.
• 
  Wipe down carts and clubs and load clubs into their cars once guests are finished.
• 
  Ensure all carts are damage-free, accounted for, and plugged in by the end-of-day. Follow procedures in management of the cart fleet.
• 
  Keep bag drop and cart staging areas clean, washes golf balls, mats, and net areas.
• 
  Wipes down clubs and loads them into their cars once guests are finished.
• 
  Clean and organize rental clubs, report any missing or damaged rentals, keep the bag room, storage buildings organized and clean.
• 
  Communicate tee sheet changes to all outside service staff.
• 
  Continually supplies carts to the staging area, ensuring all carts are clean, have a pencil, scorecard, cart towel, and filled sand container.
• 
  Maintain order and continuity of player traffic.
• 
  Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.
• 
  Responsible for the collection of, organization of, and cleanliness of all range baskets used for ball transportation according to policies and procedures established by management.
• 
  Keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean free of trash and waste.
• 
  Responsible for washing the range balls to maintain their cleanliness and usability.
• 
  Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operations.
• 
  Responsible for tracking and reporting the need for supplies necessary for day-to-day operations of their given areas.
• 
  Keep in contact with the golf shop counter to assure an efficient transition for golfers to the course. Coordinating withrs to keep the level of carts and cart keys abundant.
• 
  Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager and/or assistant manager.
