Step onto the production floor where precision, safety, and teamwork drive every shift. As a Glass Production Line Technician, you will operate and support production lines to deliver quality glass products while maintaining a safe workplace for yourself and others.

Your Schedule
Night shift: 6:50 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. on a 3-2-2 rotation (12-hour shifts, roughly 15-16 scheduled workdays each month).

What You'll Do in a Typical Night
Champion safety across the production area; immediately report hazards to your supervisor or the safety team.
Run pre- and post-process equipment by following established procedures to meet product quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep the line supplied with raw materials as needed to maintain steady production.
Operate lift trucks safely and efficiently (both stand-up and sit-down).
Conduct routine quality checks per documented procedures and respond to nonconformances.
Troubleshoot line issues and resolve product quality concerns.
Participate in and occasionally lead Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain 5S: clean work areas, organize tools, and sustain visual order.
Perform minor equipment maintenance and assist with changeovers.
Demonstrate the AGC Way in all responsibilities and team interactions.
Take on additional duties or projects as assigned.

Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED required
NCRC Silver preferred
###
Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to learn problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D, etc.).
Basic Windows computer proficiency.
Ability to learn and apply quality standards for glass products.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
