Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated

Girls' Basketball Coach

to lead and develop our

elementary and middle school basketball teams

. The coach will be responsible for teaching fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and building a positive and competitive program that reflects the mission and values of Eman Schools.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct practices for elementary and middle school girls' basketball teams. Teach basketball fundamentals, strategies, and sportsmanship. Supervise players during practices, games, and tournaments. Communicate with parents, staff, and school leadership regarding schedules and expectations. Create a supportive and motivating environment for student-athletes.

Qualifications

Previous basketball coaching or playing experience required (youth, school, or club level). Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and youth player development. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes while maintaining discipline. Excellent communication and organizational skills. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule

Practices: After school hours (typically 3:30-5:30 PM). Games: Evenings and some weekends.

Compensation

Stipend-based, competitive with local youth coaching rates.
