Job Description

Shop Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Ensure a clean and organized shop environment.
- Purchasing goods and merchandising

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of basic math principles for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks.
