Position Summary

CVS Health's internal creative agency, Heart Haus, is seeking a

Generative Content Designer

to develop AI-powered systems that automate and scale content creation. This role combines technical expertise with creative strategy to deliver high-quality, personalized content across text, images, audio, and video.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and optimize AI-powered workflows for large-scale content generation. Translate brand guidelines into reusable creative components for AI systems. Develop prompts and strategies to guide generative AI models. Establish quality standards and integrate human-in-the-loop processes. Partner with creative teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in design or creative production with hands-on generative AI experience. Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven projects. Expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MAC systems. Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large organizations or creative agencies. Background in retail or healthcare industries. Knowledge of MRM tools (e.g., Workfront). Strong problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:


$79,310.00 - $173,040.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
