180 - 183 days. School year employee / 8 hours per day / 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Position requires knowledge of a working professional kitchen. Qualified applicant will be able to move throughout with ease, assisting as necessary.
Duties may include: Breakfast and Lunch Meal Preparation Assistance, requiring knife skillsMeal Service and Service Line maintenanceOperation of a commercial dishwasherExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to track inventory in a timely mannerExcellent cleaning and sanitation skills and knowledgeServe Safe Certification and knowledge of HACCP. (Will train the right applicant)Computer knowledge and the ability to enter daily data Cashier
