General Surgeon- San Diego, CA (Otay Ranch)

Full-Time opening to join an 800+ provider multi-specialty practice with dedicated General Surgery division

Division of General Surgery is seeking a general surgeon. Will consider applicants that have completed a fellowship. A fellowship in minimally invasive surgery is preferred.

Robotically trained and active robotic surgery skills is required for complex general surgery cases

Clinical based with dedicated surgery time Half day of clinic = average 9-11 patients Average of 3 to 4 half days per week in the OR Shared general surgery call rotation covering just 1 hospital (Sharp Memorial Hospital) General Surgery call is approx. 1:7 Monday -Friday and 1:7 weekend. NO TRAUMA Turnkey Practice: Busy from day 1 Great support for all laparoscopic and robotic surgery procedures.
