Duties
Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage labor costs, budgets and financial goals.
Supervise daily back- of the house operations and ensure quality of food.
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices for customer engagement.
Hire, train and motivate team members daily to ensure safety standards.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Restaurant (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
Working knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reports.
Flexible Schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
